Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, maintain

accurate records, and provide administrative support to

ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning,
  • and data entry
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic records
  • Prepare reports, and
  • basic documents
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks
  • as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality
  • and accuracy of
  • information handled

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is a plus)
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email systems)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
